Gentle Exercise - Dementia Friendly Parishes
Venue: Yealmpton Methodist Hall Inclusive gentle exercise group - £5.00 per session (first session free). Everyone is welcome to this fun mixture of seated/standing exercises/movements to music, tailored to improve flexibility, strength and balance.
